PRE-CONSTRUCTION

  • Assist in preliminary planning, budgeting, and scheduling

  • Provide pre-demolition consultation reviewing blueprints, 3D renderings and permits

  • Establish and implement job site safety plans

  • Establish management procedures

  • Develop schedule and cost estimates

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinate, manage, and supervise all aspects of procurement, construction start-up, commissioning, and close-out

  • Conduct daily inspections to assure the project is in accordance with drawings and specifications

  • Deliver, store, and ensure security of all project materials

  • Maintain records covering manpower, work in progress, and field observations

  • Lead negotiations with subcontractors on-behalf of the client to maximize economy
